We have 13 more days until school starts. Yep, 13. We have a lot of things we want to squeeze in before school starts. We love to get out and enjoy nature as much as possible. It is part of our favorite way to get in some extra travel. Hiking is a great way to to have an adventure that is extremely easy on the wallet. The down side of hiking, the achy feet. Now, thanks to Poise Thin Shaped Pads, which are perfect for handling Light Bladder Leaks, LBL, I can recycle those unused period pads to make me feet better.

Sliding a new, unused period pad into your shoes is a great way to add some extra padding into your shoes. It is also an easy way to help keep your shoes from getting smelly and sweaty.

Why don’t I need my period pads like I used to? Because now, I can stay fresh and dry during my hikes because of SAM, Super Absorbent Material . Poise Thin Shaped Pads are designed to provide the best protection against LBL. One in three women experience it. The smallest things can trigger LBL, such as coughing, sneezing, laughing and even exercise, like taking long hikes. Weak pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth and weight gain are some reasons why women experience LBL.

Right now, you can get a free sample of Poise Thin Shaped Pads for yourself to see how much better they work than period pads.

Now that you can use Poise Thin Shaped pads for LBL, what are you going to use all those Period pads for?
